  • Coaches are the figure it out people
  • What coaches end up doing is treating teachers the way they want to be treated and not the way the teacher wants to be treated.
  • Don’t treat people the way you want to be treated but the way they want to be treated.
  • There is a skill to be built to sense when something is off.
  • Listen to better understand.
  • If they can talk about it they can move through it and get back to instruction.
  • Being self aware is really powerful.
