Dana from 3rd Grade Gridiron and I decided to team up to create a blogger Meet up in Charlotte, NC. So I got the reservations squared away and Dana made a super cute blogger meet up icon.

We decided to use a google doc to record blogger’s RSVP’s. This worked out wonderfully. We then took the information off the google doc and created a “menu” of bloggers that would be meeting up in Charlotte. (We have both been to blogger meet ups before and felt that it is hard to put faces to bloggy names and remember everyone that was there, so this seemed like a great solution!). Dana made place mats with this information and even laminated them!
