Password Storage
I have had the hardest time remembering my passwords to access all my educational resources. My administration team gave us the best present last year- a mini file folder for passwords! On an index card, I write the program name and the password. (Disclaimer: This is not for personal use. These programs and passwords are not linked to my bank account so no fear if someone happens to come across them!)
Without this organizer I had passwords on post its and papers scattered around the room. Plus, as a security measure, some programs require you to change your password often. Well I could never remember what my password used to be in order to change it and thus remember a brand-new one. This organizer has been a time-saver and organizational dream. YOU MUST DO THIS!
