					<description><![CDATA[With your assistance, I really learned to step back from Maya and let her solve problems on her own.  I&#039;ve even started this trend with Jonah at almost 5.  I know not everyone agrees with every method, but Maya did grow so much in your class last year, and I really believe what she learned from your classroom expectations has helped her transition into an entirely new school and classroom setting!  Keep up the great work!]]></description>
