Absolutely Nicole! Its hard to do, but once you do it *you&#039;ll never go back*!! Teaching students to be leaders is powerful for sure. And, I am glad you mentioned you have to train them correctly, otherwise it could be a disaster! Thanks for your feedback!]]></description>

Usually it&#039;s because they&#039;ve expressed interest in something that I didn&#039;t know they would be so enthusiastic about or because they&#039;re having trouble where I didn&#039;t expect it and I suddenly see the hole in their knowledge that is hindering their learning! If my day ever goes 100% as planned I think I&#039;d die of shock lol.]]></description>
